Spaycial strengthens its position in Poland with new client Nepi Rockcastle

Our European expansion continues. This August 1st, 2021, Spaycial, which enables a better shopper experience based on payment data, is launching its solution in Bonarka City Center, property of Nepi Rockcastle, in Krakow in Poland. We have now connected our solution to five different loyalty programs in this country.

On the other side, Nepi Rockcastle, one of the leading property groups in Central Eastern Europe, owns and manages 54 shopping centers, with a portfolio of 12 in Poland which attracted close to 71 million customers in 2019 in this country.

The first step of a long lasting relationship

This is just the first step of this partnership as the ambition of the Paris-based company, an ACPR-Banque de France-approved payment institution since 2018, is to deploy its solution in Nepi Rockcastle’s 12 Polish shopping centers.

Spaycial will integrate Bonarka's existing loyalty program, for a six-month test-phase before full deployment, to propose innovative options to the Center’s loyal customers, improve their shopping experience and offer them the best rewards. Both Spaycial and Nepi Rockcastle now aim at having all the frequent visitors join their loyalty program.
